    I don't know what the big deal is. Based on "its employee's health", we're only talking about one employee.

    And "well being" being one word, and how strongly Hungry Jack'ses logo seems to resemble a more well-known brand of burger royalty.

    Hungry Jack's logo is no coincidence, that IS Burher King in Australia. "Burger King" was already a trademarked restaurant name in Australia.
