Georg spotted this in Paris. As he points out, every word, even the prices, is in quotation marks. Well done, Paris.

    Don't you think after the first 20 or so quotes fatigue would drive you to pick up a style manual and check to see whether you really need them? Zut alors!

    Maybe it's a transcript of someone reading the menu aloud.
