Clearly it indicates the speed and direction that the boxes fall if you push them off the top of the pile.
I'm guessing it's some sort of mantra for the store employees about efficiency. So possibly not "unnecessary"?
I think it means this stuff goes straight to the sales floor from the truck, without stopping in the storage at the back of the store. But do the quotation marks mean it actually goes to the very back of the storage? Hmmmm.
It could mean the name of the rolling platform. At my work, they're called "6-wheelers"
