You know, the more you think about the meaning of the words "signature" and "quality" the squishier they seem, quotation marks notwithstanding. Maybe I need to reread this to sort it out.
Ummm. This doesn't seem all that unnecessary. Presuming "Signature of Quality" is a branding slogan, akin to "Have a Coke and a Smile," putting it in quotes is actually the correct thing to do.
