Its a riff on the Carlsberg lager adverts that showed for many years in the UK
Well, at least they're trying to stay humble, acknowledging that there may be some room for error in whether or not their coffee is *actually* the best in town--and then even making that more tentative for good measure.
Oh, also, at least they didn't throw the commonly inserted errant apostrophe in words like "paninis" ("panini's") where they easily might have here!
I have to agree, "Probably" is the best coffee around.
