It's better the spanish translation just below where it says something like "forget ironing"
This actually makes sense from a marketing standpoint. They have to protect themselves from legal action. By putting the quotations they can make any outrageous claim without worry of a lawsuit for false advertising.
I think they meant to say "Irony" is "over"
