"fussy outside"

I don't know what a "fussy outside" eater is, I hope it's a weird translation of a Chinese expression. So jury's out about how appropriate or inappropriate it is. Thanks Johnna.

  1. Those who eat the crust which was cut off the bread from the “fussy inside” eaters?

  2. Huh? Maybe they mean outside the norm or something. Let's hope this one was lost in translation---too bad it didn't stay that way.

  3. I think "fussy outside" is referring to people who are trying to lose weight or something. They're being fussy about their outsides.
