I think this is the product of ESL (esp. because of its use of the word "Item"), and therefore an easy target. Perhaps too easy. But it remains open season on native English "speakers"!
I couldn't resist this one because of the cool/weird stuff also in the frame. It's true, the less fluent the language, the less I blame someone for misunderstanding the punctuation.
