wait, potato utensils?


Ok 1) they make utensils out of POTATOES??? 2) I wonder what these ones are really made out of? Thanks, Joe.

    Actually, yes, a few brands of compostable utensils exist, usually made of potatoes or corn. They're all over the place in northern California.
