I don't think this one counts. They're quoting the expression, "No bull." Now whether that's a sincere or ironic statement is another matter...
Is it perhaps also a pun on noble? If it is noble then no bull is only an approximation to the true form, hence "no bull".
"No Bull" is a short for "no Bull S*t" which definitely is a euphemism; If they failed to use the quotes and it was found their Carne Asada did in fact contain meat from both female *and* male cows....You said no bull!!...oh the lawsuits...
