Flu "Shots"

It's flu season again, so that means time for sketch-ball signs about flu shots. In this case, it may not really be a shot? You know, it's an injection, not a one-ounce beverage? Thanks Amy.

    Perhaps, it's because they offer the mist as well? Then it would make sense to use the quotes.
