I imagine an interruption in dialog here: "Don't throw anything --" "Like gum!" "--in the urinal."
At least they had bilingual unnecessary quotation marks, so the Quebecois wouldn't feel left out.
I don't know what kinds of "gum like" substances appeared in the urinal at this canadian government building. Thanks, Michael.
