I think "clean" is appropriate here. After all, in the porta-potty business, "clean" is a relative term!
They're drug-free, anyway.

LOVE that! I shared it in my Facebook status just now. I've been editing copy for a big website and the user has way too many quotation marks and apostrophes. Very annoying. I needed a good laugh & a friend recommended your site. This is great!
