If you click to enlarge you can get a better look at that painting, which features pterodactyls attacking the golden gate bridge, and kind of upstages the variety of different quotation marks around the words on this wall. In reality the quotes should have been on the works of "art"
There is a different style of quote around each word. This one is hysterical.
