A "recycling bin" for residents is usually called a casket.
The bin doesn't actually do the recycling, it just collects recycleable materials. WV: inseim = how they measure you for pants.
You see, it only becomes a "recycling bin" when we label it such. It's all very complicated. Thanks, Guy.
