One man's "chicken" is another man's puppy.
Regarding the pie, i can hear the song now: "Sing a song of six-pence, pocket full of rye, four-and-twenty shepherds...."
I would wager the dining hall is probably letting the patrons know that the stir-fry is made with some sort of vegetarian or part-soy product. So the quotation marks might be correct.
Eh, you know how lots of things taste like chicken. Do you really care what?
This could be legit. It mentions tofu, so "chicken" could be tofu made to taste that way. Just sayin...
