Even without the quotes the sign is scary. If it is risky to wear the wig for a short period of time, it is probably riskier to purchase one and wear it for longer.

I think what this means is that if you plan to put one of these wigs on, you should know that they may have been tried on, or they may not... thanks, Sara!
