I guess this is a conversation but only the door's comments are enquoted. It should read thus:"Good morning, door" said the owner"Closed" responded the door, tersely"sorry" whispered the owner, not wanting to further offend the door.WV: dorsol, the backside of the door, which we cannot see since it is "closed"
I had to blog about this, because if I make a sign that says my office door is closed, the quotation marks will be needed 'round the word "sorry" :P
We can't see from here whether it's closed all the way....
