What |ARE these anyway?
It's a scrapbooking tool. It will have quotes about various subjects - babies, weddings, etc. - that can be mounted on a scrapbooking page to go along with the photos. The vellum is a kind of frosted, slightly see-through, heavy paper.
Oh, then i guess Bethany's right.
I thought it was a whole bunch of wonderful things that Vellum said.
I think they know the marks are technically unnecessary, but here they're stylistic. You think George Herriman didn't know how to spell "crazy"?WV: thploba -- I don't know what this word means, but I've got to use it.
Actually Darcy it would have had do be a collection of things that Vellum MIGHT have said.
