This is fine, I think. It's a nickname for the mustard. If the name didn't have quotation marks it would be more confusing than it is. They did however misspell "refrigeration" on the jar, I see.

This looks correct, it's like how you put quotations around the title of a "Movie" or perhaps "A Work of literature".But really, it should have been "Dat Mustard" with a face biting its lip and wearing sunglasses.
