I disagree with this one - isn't this just a slogan?
I do not believe there is a rule that slogans require quotation marks, though it's true they are borderline.
Perhaps "you can't say yummy enough" is the ACTUAL name of Nina and Kathleen's restaurant?WV: ackst, It was just a rhetorical question, but one I thought someone should have 'ackst'.
Maybe it's a direct quote attributable to Kathleen or Nina?
