None-customers... looks like they don't have many customers to begin with.

And what's with the three lines at the bottom? Do they expect to add conditionals later?
Ordinarily I'd make a crack about the misleading word "restroom," but this sign is too distracting.
Let me get this straight. SOMEBODY is going to be charged $10 if NO customers use the restroom.
