There was an article just the other day about a woman who was arrested for the unauthorized practice of medicine after she approached people in parking lots, convinced them to hire her for cosmetic work, and gave them injections of a tire inflation product, which turns out not to work quite as well as Botox. This place looks almost equally sketchy.
