Between 10-1030 a.m., 8 vintage bi-plane aircraft will ‘fly-in’ to Reagan National Airport (DCA). The planes will be divided into two formations of four aircraft each. Flights may enter DCA airspace from the south or from the north. The aircraft will depart DCA after 3:30 p.m. today. OEM/JJB
