The owner just came out of the closet.
So, as an Atlanta native, it's kind of exciting to know exactly where an unnecessary quotation mark originates. And I didn't even know another Three Dollar Cafe was "opening" up there.
Given what things cost nowadays, it's more likely that the name should have been "Three Dollar" Cafe.
