Well, there's this group of workers see, they're called the "after 9 P.M." employees and for some unknown reason they have to be signed in by visitors. Odd i know, but 'rules is rules'.
So I guess if you're a visitor, you have to write "after 9:00 pm." Thanks, Jay.
