I have no idea what that comma is doing there, but whatever those very nice things are, they must merely resemble trunks. Thanks, Joe.

  5. They apparently didn't know whether to put an unnecessary apostrophe in or not, and so decided to go with a comma instead.

    I guess that makes a comma the unnecessarily quoted version of the apostrophe.
