No, it's a "Lunch Buffett."
Meaning that instead of the real Jimmy Buffett, they'll have a Jimmy Buffett impersonator serenading the diners with "Margaritaville" while they're eating.
@James--I went right to that same place. That must be it.
(Note: In Jimmy Buffett's "Margaritaville" (the restaurant) playing the song is the equivalent of announcing "The Next Round is on Me." Just to keep it from driving people insane.)
