Only an illiterate person would fail to includes quotation marks for the word "our". Pathetic!
Whatever it is, it's definitely theirs though!
I think that someone thought that something that was not an ATM was, and therefore found that the machine didn't work the way he wanted. So he complained, and now the owners of the machine are sarcastically sorry that their "ATM" "is not working".
