Well, it's a sham. First we have the "NO" official board and the election of "new board members" (which means rubber stamping the existing ones, or juggling positions) but my favorite is the announcement that it willbe an "Informative meeting".
Quotations aside, the grammar in the notice is awful. Hopefully, the person who created the flyer will not be elected to any responsible position on the board when they have the election.
