Do you think they're suggesting that the donuts are just so-so?
Well, as their name indicates, they first made their "donuts" with the intent that they be dunked, so you should expect something dry that tastes best soaked in coffee.
I wanna see someone use the cherrypicker to dunk a donut.
I'm not sure if this one's fair.
"Best Coffee" is clearly intended as a slogan. Perhaps they could have used italics or an SM symbol, but the quotes work to signal that this is an advertising statement rather than other types of speech.
Pf course, I cannot vouch for the truthfulness of the claim.

Which America do they mean?
North America? Central America? South America?
