Apparently he DID mean the THank you, because it is not enquoted. And 'you' are especially thanked, since it's underlined.
sorry Kendall. I know a male Kendall, so I assumed. Fixed.
I can't ever read these sentences in a normal voice. I always read them with inflection in each quoted portion. Then I feel very sarcastic afterward.
