I doubt it


Something about these quotation marks makes me think there were florists before this guy was born.... Thanks, John.

    Maybe he means "original" in the sense of uniquely creative. If so, it's a matter of opinion.

  4. Actually this looks to be proper use of quotes. If he can't actually be proven to be the original (first) florist, or even an original (unique) florist, then aren't the quotes fair as opinion (see Classic Steve) or someone's comments about him?
