My guess is, like the fortune cookie, the food in this restaurant is of strictly American origin. Therfore, to be "politically correct" they had to post this disclaimer.
P.S. You may be able to get "general tso's" chicken but if it were a REAL Chinese restaurant you would be more likely to get General Tso's "chicken".
I would like to know what it "is" and why people are so confused.
