Just found your blog and feel I have "come home". Quotation marks upheld..My partner's mother puts them around "best wishes" on her Xmas cards, and it is only a matter of time before she signs her name that way.
@k-bro, i just took a "2nd" look, it could in fact be C/05ED, in which case i have no idea what they're trying to communicate.
