And I'm just curious why a cart would need a GPS in the first place.Maybe it's a "freeway cart" rather than a "golf cart"?
I would guess that the paranthetical statement (wired to cart battery) is by way of explanation. But do they mean it is electrically wired or securely wired. Either way they could be cut.
@Amerloc - If you've ever been to The Villages in Florida you'd understand why a golf cart would need a GPS.
