Now really, is someone going to actually say "would you please deliver that tree WITH a smile?" i think it even LESS likely that they would say "would you please deliver that tree with a 'smile'?" Of course, on the other hand, Christmas is said to be the season of good cheer.
Hmmm. Why the ellipsis, I wonder? Seems like something about that smile - or what it takes to get it - has been left out.
