This is legit. Unless one has certification for trigger point therapy as invented by Dr. Janet Travell, it's legally safer to use quotes. Same thing for craniosacral. A therapist might be trained in craniosacral methods but if they're not certified by The Upledger Institute, they can run into legal problems if they advertise themselves as "CranioSacral" practitioners.
I think he is offering free sexual realease because the sign states the singular point.
