    Given the name of the establishment, and that flashy logo, i would venture to guess that "big one" refers to the owner/operator's ego....

    That's in my hometown! The establishment, in case anyone's curious, is a tricked-out RV made into a pickup window.

    And I have no idea what the "Big One" is. Never asked.
