Quotes inside quotes are supposed to be apostrophes. But maybe it's like a double negative and they cancel each other out! Suuuure... It all makes sense now!

Actually, the way the 'quote' is worded sounds like one of those poor Chinese translations. Perhaps it's one of those famous sayings of Confucious.
Oh, and what happens to you (or the coffee pot) if you DON'T hear the click? Apparently it's a most delightful experience not to be missed!
