Maybe quotes are like double negatives? Two sets of quotes resets it and the third makes it ironic again"hot" = not actually hot""hot"" = actually blistering hot"""hot""" = so cold it will cause instant freezer burn to your lips
Well I can appreciate these quotations because they are gratuitous and they are clearly part of the graphic design!
