I don't get it! What made that person put the quotes THERE when they're so obviously supposed to go on "saw"?!...and why is the saw on a house-shaped piece of paper? It looks like it's cutting off the roof!

Never saw a first grader with such good handwriting, nor who even attempted quotation marks. In which case that means his teacher helped, and throws a whole new wrench of intrigue into the equation.
