This sign should've been at my school that had outdoor tiled stairways in a sub-tropical climate. Though it was quite amusing watching the little kids slide around all day.
I take it that someone complained about the floor being exceptionally wet when it just was half-wet and accordingly got this "sarcastic" remark.
