I don't usually associate the word "cold" with comfort. Or, actually, chocolate. I have no idea what this has to do with the snapples in this case. Thanks, Kate.

I'd say they're offering cold comfort, as in "quite limited sympathy, consolation, or encouragement" (see Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary), except in that case the quotations would go around "comfort" . . . I think.

I think they mean chocolate that will make you feel better when you have a cold.
maybe they mean frozen; i love me my dark chocolate straight out of the freezer.
