Ok, I don't have real high expectations when it comes to a food with "mc" in the name (unless it's an egg mcmuffin, the breakfast of champions!) but I really start to wonder when they put it in quotation marks. Thanks, Matt.

Bethany, I believe you mean Sausage McMuffin with Egg, Breakfast of Champions.
"New"? If this is a halfway recent photo, then either McDonald's changes its recipe, or this unit is way overdue to catch up.
If they were being really honest, only the "chicken" would be in quotations.
Well, for those trying to go low fat and all maybe they just chop up one of those grilled chicken thingees.
I like the lower-lowercase c in mcnuggets.
