ONE scooter is ok


This place they call an "entrance," it is so confusing. People use it to exit all the time. Thanks, Crystal and Michael.

    Perhaps "NO" is a certain model of scooter that IS allowed near the "Entrance"

    Maybe it's an abbreviation, Non Operational scooters, they can be left at the entrance.
