Apparently they are aware that EVERYone knows what goes on there, but they are still determined to keep the space reserved for their employees to the exclusion of the general public.
The sign is a complete punctuational disaster. For one thing, it's not clear whether the supply closet even exists or whether it's just a fake door.
Secondly, without the period, I'm crippled with confusion as to whether I should read it as "Employees only. Do not enter." or "Employees only do not enter."
I mean, for all we know, maybe everyone but the employees are allowed into the supply closet that may or may not have supplies or may not be a closet or may not exist beyond a door that may or may not be real. I need some Advil.

Glen, I'm with you on that. Even the general, oft-seen "Authorised personnel only. Do not enter." command hurts my brain. This one, though, is clearly to EXCLUDE employees.
"Employees Only Do Not Enter" is in title case, so obviously its the name of the room/door. "Supply Closet" is the room/door's nickname. Its clearly properly punctuated *lol*
