OK, regardless of the quotation problems, that's a HILARIOUS sign. I like that threat and may use it sometime.....

Aren't the quotes actually necessary because they actual do intend sarcasm?
At least it's not "A" puppy. And they probably wanted it to be clear that the Red Bull in question was an energy drink, not an animal. (?)

Uh, yeah, but these quotations aren't wrong. It's a "Red Bull" and "Puppy", which isn't a red bull and puppy, but a stranger's genitals. Hello? For quotation snobs you're really disappointing with your own stupidity (only "applies" to "commentators").
