I really think it's the Traveling Wilburys of unnecessary punctuation: unnecessary quotes, grocers' quotes, a highly extraneous comma, and several unnecessary exclamation marks. I'm not even sure if you could fit in more unnecessary punctuation if you tried.

Not only are there unecessary quotation marks, the apostrophes and comma are appalling too! Wow.
The underscore is also cringe-worthy. I guess bold italics just aren't enough for some people.
I guess Maria Magaña didn't believe it when they first told her.
Beat me to it Kyle, perhaps they were addressing Maria too with the bottom comment, she has a vindictive streak and is prone to graffiti.
