I'm fairly certain this one is legit. They've got a second set of unnecessary quotation marks. "Level Three" is probably for those interested in the convenience of flying ponies. I'm thinking it's all very metaphysical.
If you keep breaking things on level 2, you'll find some brothers lighting things on fire. Defeat them, and you can go to level 5, 6, or 7. Which. . . isn't level 4, now that I think of it. So forget I suggested that.
